The Water pH Test Kit is used to test the alkalinity or acidity of water. The liquid is a reagent solution that gives a reading from pH 4.0 (Acid) to pH 10.0 (Alkaline).
This do-it-yourself (DIY) water pH test kit is very easy to use, accurate and economical.
Often times you will find your tap water and bottled water will be acidic, some more than others. This is a great product to use to test your own drinking water.
Supplied with a 10ml bottle dropper bottle (approximately 100 drops) and a pH Color Chart.

Test Strips vs pH Reagent
Alkalinity and pH are not the same things, but they are linked and can easily be confused.
Test strips measure closer to the Alkalinity, the amount of minerals in the water, the actual mineral concentration of the water. Normally the higher the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) the more minerals in the water, so the higher the Alkalinity (measured in pH).
Liquid pH Reagent measures the potential of hydrogen concentration (ions) in the water. This is known as the pH concentration in the water.
e.g. Alkaline Water can have high alkalinity, but if it’s carbonated it also has a low pH.
