We are pleased to announced we have partnered with a neighbouring olive grove operated by the amazing Dr. Britta Herzog.
Dr. Britta Hazog’s olive grove is certified Organic and Vegan by Biocyclic Vegan Agriculture using the Biocyclic Vegan Standard.

We only use the first cold pressed; the second cold press can no longer make the claim of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Unfiltered- If the olive oil you are using does not specify the word unfiltered chances are it is filtered. This is done to get olive oil onto the shelf as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this process of filtration also removes most of the health benefits. Unfiltered olive oil takes up to four weeks sitting in a stainless steel vat (with nitrogen flush to stop oxidation); this slowly allows the black molasses like substance to settle to the bottom of the vat and drained out before collecting the best olive oil you have tasted ever.
Early Harvest- When olives are allowed to fully ripen on the tree they can produce up to 35% more olive oil, but have now sacrificed quality (therapeutic goodness and true robust flavour) over quantity. We press our olives much earlier to guarantee the highest levels of all its medicinal properties and amazing flavour.
